Integration of third-party services and content

Our website uses content or service options from third-party providers on the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online presence within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) to integrate content or services offered by third-party providers, such as videos or fonts (hereinafter uniformly referred to as “content”). This presupposes that the third-party providers of this content can detect the user’s IP address since they would not be able to send their content to the user’s browser without the IP address. This means that the IP address is needed to display this content. We make every attempt to use content where the supplier only uses the IP address to deliver the content. Third-party providers may also use what are known as pixel tags (invisible graphics, also referred to as “web beacons”) for statistical or marketing purposes. These pixel tags can be used to analyze information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. The pseudonymous information may also be stored in cookies on the user's device and may include, but not be limited to, technical information about the browser and operating system, referring web pages, time of the visit and other information regarding the use of our online services, and be linked to similar information from other sources.

This website uses plugins from YouTube to integrate and display video content. The video portal provider is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. A connection with the YouTube servers is established when you visit a page with an integrated YouTube plugin. This allows YouTube to discover which of our pages you have accessed. YouTube can assign your browsing behavior directly to your personal profile if you are logged into your YouTube account. You can prevent this by logging out of your account first. YouTube is used to provide an appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Details about how YouTube handles user data can be found in YouTube’s privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

This website uses SoundCloud widgets to integrate and enable access to audio content. The online music platform provider is SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Limited & Co. KG, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany. A connection with the SoundCloud servers is established when you visit a page with an integrated SoundCloud widget. This allows the service provider to collect personal data and store it in a user profile. The data collected includes details of your browsing and usage behavior, the device and browser you are using, and your IP address and location. SoundCloud uses this data to optimize and personalize its service and for marketing and online audio distribution purposes. If you are logged in to SoundCloud, the data collected is assigned to your personal profile and shared to the social media profiles linked to your personal profile. To prevent this from happening, you should log out of your SoundCloud account beforehand. We use SoundCloud to support multimedia presentation of our online offer. This constitutes a legitimate interest in accordance with GDPR Art. 6(1)(f). SoundCloud’s privacy policy details the processing of user data and is available at soundcloud.com/pages/privacy.
